Some people just don’t know how to follow the rules.. Here’s a guy trying to counterflow on a double yellow line.
problem here is that the local government doesn’t enforce the law. Isn’t there a fine for counter flow? They should issue traffic violations to erring drivers.. They not only pose a risk to themselves but to other law abiding motorists as well.
